It’s your home. It’s your money. It’s your sanity. It’s your business. AND, it’s all yours to lose! Why not take the up-front steps to better understand the project you are about to undertake AND undertake a leadership role in managing the process? The only time a homeowner should worry about the outcome of a project is when they enter into the process uneducated and unprepared.
